Nowadays, in order to develop healthy and react the stiff market competition, It is necessary for firms to build a scientifically and objective performance management system which according to their strategic target. The health care industry has grown in China in no more than ten years which belongs to a sunrise industry. With the rapid development of the firms in the industry, however, it seems that those firms cannot inspire employees’work passion and creativeness and then the firms’core competence could not be improved if there is not a perfect performance management system. Such situation may finally cause the firm gets into the depression or losing valuable opportunity for growing. Therefore, this issue has become a critical concern within the health care industry.Firstly, this paper demonstrated background, basic theory, literature review and study method, which constituted the theoretical basis for designing the operational workers’performance management system in YEAHCOME Co., Ltd. Secondly, the paper made a specific analyze for current situation of the firm’s overall frame, employee’s general condition and operational workers’performance management system. Meanwhile, the performance management theory has been adopted here to find out the existing problems which provided scientific evidence for improving work. Then the paper redesigned an operational workers’performance management system and built a serial performance management system which according to the industrial feathers through focusing the exits problems and considering various phase of performance management process based on the main principle and instruct spirit. Finally, in chapter four, the new performance management system through the implementation and evaluation of the performance management system for the continuous diagnosis and improvement, and for the implementation problems that may arise during the corresponding countermeasures developed to ensure the smooth implementation of new programs.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the performance management in YEAHCOME Co., Ltd, combining the requirements and characteristics of performance management in this industry, This paper development the performance management system that meets the demand of YEAHCOME Co., Ltd. The system could effectively solve the problems which existing in the enterprise performance management, and enhance the level of management, create a good Development platform for employees. This paper will promote the management level of the whole health industry.
