City Of High-pressure Natural Gas Pipeline Risk Assessment System Management Research

The city high-pressure natural gas pipeline network, providing natural gas to the city, is related to the life, survival, production and development of the families and enterprises. Therefore, it has to be secure and high-qualified.Urban gas pipelines have the characteristics of long distance, large diameter, huge amount of transport, incident accidents, especially serious consequences. With the Purpose of improving the gas supply system management and security, it’s important and urgent to develop an urban high-pressure natural gas pipeline network risk assessment model.Based on domestic and foreign advanced technology research of risk assessment and urban high-pressure natural gas pipeline’s actual situation, this study designs the Shanghai high-pressure natural gas pipeline network risk assessment system, elaborate on the research and analysis of assessment model and risk assessment methods, risk factors distribution and risk grading classification. Meanwhile the study improves the module function design including assessment project, media management, expert management and evaluation indicators. System not only achieve the high integration between the pipeline network risk assessment and GIS system, and also establish the function of a dynamic risk assessment and early warning mechanismsThe application of the system improves the security management of the daily pipeline operations, change the passive rush repair to active maintenance, achieve the goal of well-planned pipeline maintenance. Ultimately the system will greatly improve the modernization of the city high-pressure natural gas pipeline network’s management.
