The Study On The Working Pressure Problems Of Knowledge Staffs Of High-tech Enterprises In Kunming City

With the development of the society,the competition of the enterprises has become increasingly fierce,the pressure of employees have emerged,especially the pressure of the knowledge staffs,and all kinds of physical and psychological problems associated with pressure have increased.With the advent of knowledge economy era and the presence of a large number of high-tech enterprises,the research of the pressure and pressure management of knowledge staffs is of great practical and theoretical significance,which also has become an important part of human resources management of the enterprises.Based on the summary of correlation domestic and foreign theories about working pressure,knowledge staffs from 15 high-tech enterprises in Kunming city are selected as research objects and the thesis has questionnaire survey and pressure interview on the working pressure of 267 knowledge staffs.After the analysis of the survey findings,it is found that knowledge staffs in Kunming high-tech enterprises have certain pressures,which are of different degrees of difference in age,gender,education,and working experience.It also can be concluded the specific pressure sense of the knowledge staffs of high-tech enterprises in Kunming city and how they deal with the situation.In view of the analysis of the working pressure and their countermeasures of knowledge staffs of high-tech enterprises in Kunming city,the thesis focuses on several specific factors which influence pressure sources,and,at the individual level and organizational level,puts forward some corresponding pressure management strategies based on pressure response.
