With economic development, the high-tech companies tend to absorb more knowledgeable talents. So for the resource of the pressure of high-tech companies’ knowledge workers is seen as a new topic of human resource management. With Mongolia’s economic development, high-tech knowledge workers’pressure becomes one of the main problems. The Ulaanbaatar city is the capital of Mongolia, and owns more high-tech companies and so this paper takes high-tech enterprises in Ulaanbaatar as the research sample.This study first reviewed the concepts of stress, the resource of the pressure, pressure source management and then combined with a comprehensive knowledge of sociology, psychology and other disciplines to analyze the factors of the resource of the pressure. By analyzing the paper get conclusions as follows:(1) the pressure source of knowledge workers of high-tech enterprises in Ulaanbaatar is mainly from "work environment", "work/family balance "," task "," relationships "," payment "and" acculturation "and so on; (2) region, age, education, etc. are important regulators of variables in affecting male employees and female employees; (3) to the 31-40 years old knowledge workers, men obviously feel more pressure than women.On the basis of the analysis this paper gives out the suggestions on how to treat the knowledge workers and the management of stress strategies, proposed a series of specific measures, such as the construction of sunlight transparent communication platform, help staff to establish new channels for career development and employee assistance plans to consider which should also increase the government’s modest involvement and support, so as not to rely solely on the business. Moreover, it is known that with the development of economic globalization, the traditional Mongolian economy has also changed the way, this paper hopes this paper can improve Ulaanbaatar focus on high-tech employers’pressure, and dependent on corporate- government-employees’joint work to ease the pressure of knowledge workers.
