As the needs and concerns of people of film and television entertainment are heating up, tour in the film and TV location has become a popular tourism product, Location scouts and other kinds of tourism scenic spots have recognized the importance of film and TV production events for promoting tourism, thus the number of film and television theme locations grows rapidly and attracting filming to cast a scenic image which becomes an important marketing tool. But problems is that tourism products are not fertile enough and the tourists are not allowed to take part in the filming activities still exist in the development of tourism attractions. In the academic research fields, there are the shortage of relative research on tourists, especially for film and TV, and lack of in-depth study on the basic theory of experience of film and television tourists. Based on this theory and practical background, this paper tries to construct the basic theory of film and television tourists’experience, to enrich film and TV tourism research framework for the development of tourism and provide decision-making basis.In this paper, the author uses a new topic, new methods, unique perspectives, and with a higher reliability. The paper includes two parts, the basic characteristics of film tourists experience and the influence factors. The method of qualitative research and quantitative research combination the perspective, and based on the network travel notes for material the travel grounded theory theoretical construction method. The questionnaire investigation method for quantitative research data collection, which the construction of the theory of validation and added sound. At the same time, though comparative analyses the papers conclusion which based on qualitative research and quantitative research can enhance the reliability of the conclusion of the study.This paper collect the295article about the Hengdian World Studios and conduct the network’s coding systemic, it is concluded the film and television visitors’ experience characteristics in the foundation of Hengdian World Studios. At present the Hengdian World Studios tourist market radius are relatively short, tourists of the studio is sensitive to relatively high the price. Film and television tourists’motives is diversified and unique, conventional tourist motives are exist, and also have four uniqueness motivation which performance that the seal, relax, experience and explore. For film and TV tourism, tourist overall satisfaction is higher, but for theme of the elements of f film and television the satisfaction is not high, and film and TV tourism scenic spot’s internal links and layout that tourists also have certain displayed.At the same time there is a strong link between satisfaction and motivation. In the Hengdian World Studios tourists feeling of quality, which basic tourism services and facilities, meanwhile in the film and television theme park, the characteristics of film, product participation, and motivation have strong influence.In addition, this paper also put empirical studies on Hengdian World Studios, which conducted by using questionnaire survey to collect data and by mathematical statistics analysis. The empirical research’s results and the analysis of the travel network have higher consistency, there also have some difference. The same performance:the Hengdian World Studios tourists market radius are small; most tourists who come here with their classmates, colleagues, friends are mostly stay two days; Tourists travel motive are diversified; the price of Hengdian World Studios has a far-reaching effect for visitors; the degree of intimacy between the tourists bring certain influence;most people will choose to revisit, and the will to recommend are higher, the will to recommend and revisit both has positive consistent relation with the tourists’ satisfaction; Hengdian World Studios tourists overall satisfaction are higher but the tourist are generally express dissatisfaction for the Hengdian traffic, the staff service attitude and efficiency, amusement project and so on. In addition, the research findings of empirical studies and the analysis of the travel network also has some difference:for example whether to buy in comparing, traffic tools selection, motive factor differences. In a way, the empirical research validation and enrich the theoretical construction of this paper.
