With the development of computer technology and network technology, e-commerce inall sectors has achieved rapid development,and women’s clothing online transactions hasaccounted for a large proportion of the amount of e-commerce transactions.At present, thereare many B2C e-commerce trading sites for women’s clothes.But only some of B2Ce-commerce trading sites for women’s clothes account for most of the market and have goodoperating efficiency, while most of these trading sites are faced with many problems such asthe loss of customers and poor management. Therefore, it has become a very important issueto identify key successful factors of B2C e-commerce trading sites for women’s clothes andmake recommendations accordingly to promote the development of these enterprises.This paper chose B2C e-commerce platform for women’s clothes for the study and usedliterature and empirical research methods to identify critical success factors of the B2Ce-commerce platform for women’s clothes in order to make recommendations for theoperation and design of the B2C e-commerce platform for women’s clothes. At First, thispaper summarized influencing factors and evaluation indicators of the B2C e-commerceplatform for women’s clothes and presented relevant assumptions according to the actualsituation of the B2C e-commerce platform for women’s clothes on the basis of domestic andforeign classic literature. Secondly, this paper designed questionnaire according to thsesfactors and conducted survey. Next, this article made reliability analysis, validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis,univariate and multivariate regressionanalysis for data by the use of SPSS and reached that critical success factors of the B2Ce-commerce platform for women’s clothes are site functionality and performance factors,technical factors, customer factors and strategic factors. Then, this paper maderecommendations for the operation and design of the B2C e-commerce platform for women’sclothes. Then, the paper proposed that it is necessary for the enterprises to develop and adjust strategies in a timely manner, maintain good customer relations, improve the ability ofe-commerce technology and the implement personalized website inorder to to obtain thesuccess for the B2C e-commerce platform for women’s clothes. This paper used the previousresearch results in the system of a B2C e-commerce platform for women’s clothes andspecified how theoretical research and practice combined.This study described which factors should be focused on for enterprises to obtain thesuccess of the B2C e-commerce platform for women’s clothes from the perspective ofquantitative analysis.Then this paper used and verified these factors in the design of web site.The study contributes to the development of the B2C e-commerce platform for women’sclothes.
