Nowadays, the enterprise in domestic pay more and more attention to HRM (human resourcemanagement), they gradually realize that the quality of HRM play the important role of enterprisekeeping their superior position in competition. In the meantime, HRM of enterprise is gettingmore and more challenging. As one of top 500 enterprise in domestic, JL company is a largecompany in their industry. As the enterprise expansion in recent years, the business scope becomesmore and more extensive. During the rapid growth of enterprise, it needs to construct ahigh-quality staff team to adapt to the development of itself. The sales have to make direct profitfor enterprise, help enterprise keep and expand market, which get relevant attention in JL company.However, the high dimission rate of sales is an urgent problem in JL company.On the basis of analysis for domestic and international documents, this paper found out the normalfactor of dimission; also after the interview with separating employee from JL company, welearned their separating reason; in order to exactly analyse the detailed reason for sales dimissionof JL company, documents and interview based, this paper adopts the method of questionnairesurvey, designing 22 titles to study. Through distributing 200 questionnaires, we get 143effective ones. After taking the method of Factor analysis, we summarize the detailed reasons ofsales dimission in JL company as follows: bad“person duty matches”、undesirable trainingeffect、insufficient salary excitation、the building of enterprise culture to be upgraded. Accordingto the reason of JL’s sales dimission, the paper gives suggestions from these 4 aspects: morereasonable“person duty matches”, improving training effect, modifying salary excitation,strengthening the building of enterprise culture, help enterprise to perfect HRM, retain talent,improve their central competitiveness.
