With the deepening of the global integration process,the influx of foreign-funded enterprises,the continued growth of local enterprises and the increasingly fierce competition in the pharmaceutical market.In addition,the state health care reform policies continue to be introduced to the market,the reform of pharmaceutical circulation links is unprecedentedly enhanced,and the survival and sustainable development of pharmaceutical enterprises are facing severe challenges.The battle for talent among enterprises is intensifying.As a result,the brain drain problem is quite serious.Sales manager plays a fundamental supporting role in the sales of pharmaceuticals.It is an important guarantee for the pharmaceutical enterprises to gain a foothold in the market.It is also the most direct communicator of the corporate image.It is the key for BC Company to increase its market share and enhance its core competitiveness by studying the problem of brain drain of sales manager and retaining and motivating excellent sales manager for the company.In this paper,BC Pharmaceutical Group A Division sales manager brain drain for the study.Through the collection of relevant literature,timely tracking of the development trend of the pharmaceutical industry and the dynamics of the A Division of BC Company,using in-depth interviews and questionnaires to conduct in-depth understanding of relevant personnel,and using the model of staff turnover to deeply tap the brain drain of sales manager of BC Company The main reasons for the change are discussed from macro-policy changes,talent incentive mechanisms,training systems,employee relations,career planning,and brain drain management,and then to propose reasonable and effective solutions to help the company retain more excellent Sales personnel,reduce the rate of brain drain,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,a highly representative pharmaceutical enterprises as a prototype,based on the loss of sales professionals in this social concern.According to the occupational characteristics of the pharmaceutical sales manager and the actual business conditions,under the general trend of medical reform,in order to stand firm under the severe competitive pressures,it is extremely important for the enterprises to retain salespeople in the current situation.Guiding significance.
