Since 2004, the central government issued the first document to solve three"rural" problem for seven consecutive years, which made a important planning anddeployment in rural areas for the social and economic development during thenext few years, The continuous introduction of the No.1 Central Document greatlyforward farmers for agricultural production, China’s agriculture has made leaps andbounds and stable development under the effect of the policy measures in theseDocuments, the level of farmers’income has been greatly improved, and new ruralConstruction has made a very huge Achievement, Nevertheless, the issue of a lowabsolute income, difficulty In increasing revenue and widening urban-rural incomegap has been resolved yet.as the typical less developed provinces in western china, ,the "three rural"issue in Guizhou is facing the most serious problem, which has a huge and highproportion of rural population ,low urbanization rate, weak agricultural economicbasement, backward social and economic development ,and prominent povertyproblem. In view of the above reason, this article regards the income of the farmers inGuizhou as the theme and focuses on the factors that influence the income ofthem.Through quantitative analysis of the farmers’income difference betweeninter-region and urban-rural area in the GuiZhou cities, income differences, then canwe obtain the reasons for the slow growth rate from history physical geography,policies geography, policies and systems, economic and social, Humanities aspects.According to the principle of availability, this article makes a quantitative empiricalanalysis on the relationship between the income of the farmers in Guizhou andGuizhou urbanization development, the industrial structure of the agriculture farmers’education level. Lastly, targeted measures and recommendations will be proposedrespectively according to the results of quantitative analysis to promote theindustrialization, improve the quality of Guizhou’s farmers.According to the farmers’income difference in Guizhou’s cities andcomparative analysis results between the national average, it is concluded thatGuizhou farmers’ income has a lower absolute level ,the gaps between urbanand rural continues to expand, the regional gap is also widening . According to thequantitative empirical analysis between income of the farmers in Guizhou andthe Guizhou development of urbanization, the industrial structure of agriculture and farmers’education level ,we can see they have important impact onGuizhou farmers’income growth rate. It is recommended that the Government ofGuizhou can take the following measures, to promote the Development ofUrbanization in Guizhou from the reform of household registration and employmentsystem, speeding up the transfer of rural surplus labor to promote the urbanization,adjustment of structure of agriculture from the improvement of rural infrastructure,accelerating the development of industrialized agriculture operations, improving thequality of farmers from increasing education financial investment in rural areas, theEstablishment of the rural labor training system under these measures,the agriculturein Guizhou can go on a virtuous circle path, the famers’income will be futherimproved...
