The Calculation Of Carbon Emissions And Low Carbon Strategy On Aviation Transportation

The core of "Green industrial revolution" caused by Global climate change is that the link of economic growth and carbon emissions become little, improve the relationship of the economic and "carbon emissions". From United Nations framework convention on climate change (1992), to Kyoto protocol (1997), from convention to workable legal documents, environmental problems focus on climate problems. On the technical level its essence is "carbon dioxide" emissions problem. The European Union in the air transport industry carbon emissions field action constantly, and bring to China aviation industry has much influence. In 2009, the European Union announced by the draft of the constraints of the more than 2000 airlines list, to be published in 2012, the airline will be incorporated into the ETS, namely the airlines in and out of the European Union in the European Union and the internal flight to comply with the European Union are "green sky" plan.Based on the above the background, this paper quantify carbon emissions of air transportation industry, and the method are ICAO standard discharge model and remote sensing technology. This paper first introduces related theory of carbon emissions calculation. In the third chapter, calculating carbon emissions of Dalian Zhoushuizi airport through the ICAO standard discharge model and actual data. In chapter 4,this paper surface real temperature distribution using remote sensing image, and then based on simulation of heat island effect out carbon dioxide distribution, dalian airport that each is carbon dioxide solubility distribution, then into carbon emissions, compare two methods of calculating the results of alignment is very high, remote sensing technology that calculation carbon emissions is very effective.This paper finally puts forward low carbon strategy of aviation industry in China, including putting forward our country carbon trading mechanism; Speeding up China’s "carbon plan" study to improve quantitative emissions technology, Put a long-term development strategy that use alternative Biofuels, and so on.
