Creative tourism generated in the worldwide rise of creative industry, it is not a simple fusion of "creative" and "tourism", it includes three aspects:first, creative tourists want to have participatory experience and authentic experience in travel, beyond the sightseeing level, such as photography, sculpture, cooking, music, dance and other creative activities and make mutual interaction with destination residents, sharing and developing the potentialities of creation, learning and experience art, culture, traditions, heritage, way of everyday life and other social atmosphere in tourism destinations; second, creative city itself or a characteristic building blocks attracting tourists to visit; third, directly participate in " creative industry tourism" in passive and interactive forms such as film, fashion, architecture, design and so on.Creative tourism has been a rapid development during the last ten years at home and abroad, the good momentum of development as well as the important role it plays in the tourism industrial structure upgrading caused the wide attention in the academic circles, but the theory research is not so much. Qingdao is an excellent tourism city and foreign exchange center in China, it has the advantage to develop creative tourism. On basis of the study of the basic theory problems of creative tourism, this paper made a detailed analysis of the industrial base, resource advantages and market condition to develop creative tourism in Qingdao, summed up the present situation and existence restrict element, and then discussed the thought, mode and countermeasure to develop creative tourism in Qingdao.The first chapter, introduction. Mainly introduced the purpose and significance of the research, the research background, research summary, research contents and methods.The second chapter, researched on the basic theory of creative tourism. Made a discussion on the concept and classification, development related theory, development foundation and condition, production and consumption characteristic of creative tourism, provided a theoretical support for the following research.The third chapter, condition analysis in Qingdao creative tourism development. Combined the characteristic of Qingdao itself, this chapter analysed the general environment, industry infrastructure, resource condition, market condition, and the development of the status quo and prospect of Qingdao to develop creative tourism.The fourth chapter, strategy research on Qingdao creative tourism development. This chapter discussed the development thought and mode of Qingdao creative tourism, put forward the corresponding countermeasure and proposal on the product system construction, tourism market cultivation, and the development support and safeguard measures of creative tourism development in QingdaoThe fifth chapter, conclusion. The conclusion and inadequacy of this paper.
