Property Business Model Innovation Of Property Management From The Perspective Of Value Chain

It has been thirty years since property management industry appeared in China, and the single and outdated business model cannot fulfill the need of property management companies. Thus, it is significant to analyze property management business model innovation.Based on methodology of literature research, case studies, normative and empirical research and combination of inductive analysis and interpretation analysis, this paper aims at creating a Value Chain-Business Model Innovation model framework, and fulfilling business model innovation route of property management companies and its measures. Main results of the thesis include:first, describing existing Property Services Business Model systematic; second, creating a Value Chain-Business Model Innovation model based on case studies and literature research; third, designing business model innovation based on operating property management companies; forth, proving the relation between property management value chain and property management business model innovation on Empirical Analysis; and last, designing property management business model innovation implement.
