At the beginning of 1980 s,China's property management industry was born in Shenzhen,a special economic zone.In its 30 years history of development,property management has been widely distributed in cities at all levels of the country,as a downstream industry of the real estate industry chain.Property management has become an important part of urban management,playing an important role in improving people's quality of life,maintaining community stability and harmony,and promoting social and economic development.In recent years,with the development of society,economy,science and technology,the internal and external environment of property management industry has changed greatly.These changes have put forward higher requirements for the management and profitability of property management enterprises.Based on the study of theories related to the business model reconstruction,this paper conducts an empirical study on the business model reconstruction of BC property management co.,ltd.by analyzing the current situation of the property management industry and the characteristics of small and medium-sized property management enterprises.Content of the paper shows how the company based on its status quo,based on the maximization of the value of "stakeholders" core principles,to analyzes the various elements of the traditional business model,resource integration and value reconstruction,done by "property management services" to "property operator" business model transformation in the reconstruction process.
