In the contex of economic globalization, to survive in the The fierce market competition and development, enterprises are always depend on improving the quality of product and service, but more and more enterprises focus on how to develop their staff and make it become the enterptise’s new core competitiveness. More and more enterprises build an employee promotion system according to the employees’characteristics. It is improtent to build a perfect employee promotion system for both the enterprise and employees.For the interprise, which must give full play to the leading role of the career development of employees,to enable the continuous development of staff a direction conducive to corporate strategic objectives.For employees, they want to achieve personal career goals through the guidance of professional development.This thesis is based on problems encountered in staff promotion management of the XY software company. And it is order to design and establish a comprehensive staff promotion system.That is a system which linked the promotion of employees with the office job, linked the position with the employee’s ability, linked the employee’s ability with training.The establishment of the staff employee promotion system of XY software company, linked personal development with the company’s development closely through the design of the position system, combined positions and employees’ability through the design of competency model.Motivating employees to promote continually by different positions at different levels, pesponsibilities and work independent degrees.The employees’capacity is improved while the overall strength of the company has been further enhanced by training. Ultimatly, there is the win-win achievement both on employees and enterprises.The program of the staff promotion system has been strongly supported by the company’s management that laid a solid foundation for the successful establishment of each module. There are still some deficiencies as the limitation of time and the author’s theoretical level.I only hope to provide a little inspiration and reference on staff promotion system for the company and the similar enterprises.
