Construction companies face opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,construction enterprises are transforming into investment,construction and operation.On the other hand,the supply-side structural reform has effectively stimulated a new round of infrastructure investment.In this context,it is of practical significance to study the career development of construction enterprise employees.This paper takes A construction enterprise as the research object.Through the interview research and questionnaire survey,we learned about the current situation of human resources of Company A.Through the analysis,this paper argues that there are some problems in the career management of A company,such as poor career development channels,insufficient career development guidance support,and unsystematic career management measures.According to the current situation of Company A,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions based on the theory of career matching and the theory of career development stage.Firstly,we should rebuild the career development channel.Secondly,clear implementation measures.Thirdly,the measures of guidance and support should be matched.At the same time,it also clarified the safeguard measures in four aspects: organizational system,institutional system,salary system and performance system.In short,this paper analyzes the current situation of Company A,constructs the career development channel of Company A from the traditional perspective,and clarifies relevant measures.At the end,the shortcomings in this paper and the next research directions are summarized.
