In a long time, the living fuel of Chinese rural was mainly depended on non-commercial energy resources such as straw and firewood, coal etc. In recent years with the rapid development of rural economy, great changes have taken place in the level and structure of the energy usage in rural area.And especially in economy deveoped,the demand for commercial energy resources increase rapidly, and it is accelerating to substitute for non-commercial energy resources such as straw, coal etc. The substituted firewood find no new usage way and they are causing new pollution. Based on the view of rural sustainable development, exploiting of renew-able energy resources optimizing of the consumption structure of rural living energy usage, effic-iently utilizing of mineral energy and reasonably utilizing of a great deal of surplus agricultural waste have become a new subject of construction of rural energy resoles at present. The pellets made by agricultural waste are gradually replacing coal power which becomes a development direction. Under the background of the development of clean power, agricultural waste particles gasification power technology will be very accord with national energy structure adjustment direction, so it is necessary to clean energy for further planning and comprehensive utilization.Under this background,the new clean energy technology will be joined the rural clean energy system, through the simulation to analyze the new technology to the rural clean energy system bring energy efficiency and environmental benefits.The paper took the example of Pingdingshan country and based on the principle of system dynamics, we analyzed the development status of the of each subsystem to determine the model boundaries, not only proposed key indicators relating to the mo-del, but also to determine the causal relationship between indicators and information feedback mechanisms, and analysis of the quantitative relationship between the various indicators. VENSIM software, which can be used to establish a computer running system dynamics model on energy-environment and socio-economic system, with data of we get a very good fitting results, and analyzed the simulated results. The simulated results showed that in the view of optimization of energy resou-rces structure and protection of ecological environment the renewable energy reso-urces could not only provide clean and high quality energy resources, reduce the co-nsumption of coal, but also reduce the exhaust of harmful gases such as greenhouse gases etc, and protect ecological environments. In the last, simulation results are analyzed and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Finally, simulation results to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the realization of these policies and three ways of a sensitivity analysis, through the analysis in the limited resources to waste electricity when particles way more effective.This study on how to achieve coordinated and sustainable development of the energy-environmental and soc-economic, the reference can use for the country’s policies of strategic recomenda-tions.
