The Study On Evaluation Of Recruitment Management Information System

Recruitment working in corporate human resources management is essential, and plays a pivotal role in the future development of the enterprises. Recruitment Information Management System is the first-line in the human resources management information. With economic development and technological progress, Recruitment Information Management System will play an increasingly important role in China’s large state-owned enterprises.The difficulty in the research of evaluation model is building the evaluation indicator system, which including analyzing the affecting factors, determining the evaluation indicator, calculating the weight of the indicator and building the evaluating model. The innovation of this dissertation is using integrated evaluation method which is by the integration of a variety of evaluation methods, to avoid the defects of some single evaluation method.In view of the development of human resources management information system and the status of recruitment of management information system, this paper introduces the system evaluation method, and proposes an idea to integrate Analytical Hierarchy Process, Grey Relational Analysis and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model. In this paper, I establish the running effect evaluation index system of recruitment management information system, use expert assessment method and hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight of each index, and establish the evaluation model of running effect. Finally, take the recruitment management information system of the State Grid Corporation as an example. Through evaluating the status of RMIS of State Grid, analysing the strategic objective, business process of the State Grid Corporation, I evaluate the recruitment of management information systems with Gray Correlation Analysis and Fuzzy Mathematics, and judge the operation status of the system.
