Research On Evaluation Of Whole Process Of Enterprise Culture Construction Of The State Grid Holding (Escrow) Enterprises

At present, enterprise culture construction has been the focal point of academic andcorporate research and focus. At the moment, the holding (escrow) enterprises, the weaklink of enterprise culture construction, have gradually realized that enterprise cultureconstruction has important effect and value. State Grid Corporation of China presented acultural construction requirements, which is "Construct and propagate the unifiedenterprise culture", and made the holding (escrow) enterprises as a key project ofenterprise culture construction. While, for the county-level power supply enterpriseculture construction work, how to found a scientific, comprehensive, effectiveenterprise culture construction evaluation system and how to fulfill the effective andaccurate assessment of enterprise culture construction level are key issue in it. How tooffer scientific and effective reference to enhance the quality and level of enterpriseculture construction roundly is the key issue of State Grid Corporation of Chinaenhancing the overall enterprise culture construction level and holding (escrow)enterprises enhancing enterprise culture construction level. Given this, this paper putsforward a set of evaluation index system of whole process of enterprise cultureconstruction, based on the enterprise culture and culture construction theoretical studiesand enterprise investigation. Meanwhile, the multi-hierarchical fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method based on AHP, Entropy is proposed, and this method was applied tothe practice of Sichuan electric power company subordinate holding (escrow)enterprises culture construction, as the preliminary application and validation. Researchwork is demonstrated as follows:Firstly, the research findings of enterprise culture construction and its evaluation athome and abroad, the related theory of enterprise culture and the enterprise cultureconstruction, as well as the connotation and requirements of State Grid culturalconstruction were researched, this paper systematically settled and optimized generalconstruction process of State Grid cultural.Secondly, for the enterprise culture characteristics and the problems during theenterprise culture lading construction process of holding (escrow) enterprises, based onthe idea of process quality control, this paper establish a set of evaluation index systemof whole process of enterprise culture construction from the view of generalconstruction process of State Grid cultural.Thirdly, comparing several existing evaluation methods, given that enterprise culture construction is a multi-target and multi-rule complex system, this paper usesAHP-Entropy to evaluate the weight of the evaluation factors for culture constructionevaluation system, which enhances effectively the objectivity and accuracy of theweight of the evaluation factors. Meanwhile, by analyzing and comparing severalcommon comprehensive evaluation methods, and given the uncertainty and fuzziness ofculture construction, the multi-hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method isascertained to evaluate the enterprise culture construction to assure an optimized andcredible output.Finally, the above research results and the corporate culture construction evaluationsystem were applied to the practice of Sichuan electric power company subordinateholding (escrow) enterprise culture evaluation to evaluate comprehensively the processof culture construction; moreover, the problems and weak links existed in the cultureconstruction were found and some proposals to promote its them were presented basedon this evaluation system. The goal of enhancing the enterprise culture constructionlevel is achieved, and the validity and feasibility of academic point and applicationmodel proposed in this paper were verified.
