With the green supply chain deeply rooted, as the starting point of the entire supply chain, the supply logistics has been proved that can be the most significant drive to raise the sustainable competitiveness of the entire supply chain if we strengthen its green and lean strategy. The milk-run model is a new delivery mode, and it has been attracted more and more experts. The huge economic benefit has become the consensus. The study of milk-run has carried out in a wide range of applications and research in the international, however, due to various reasons, successful cases of milk-run are few in the domestic. On the other hand, with more and more intense awareness in environment and resource protection, enterprises need to respond to customer demands timely on the basis of green. This article analyzes the milk-run in supply logistics from the perspective of green supply chain, which is an innovation. And uses qualitative and quantitative methods to explore and validate the effectiveness of milk-run mode. The article first analyzes the theoretical background, including the green supply chain theory and enterprise logistics theory. Then put forward the milk-run theory in the light of the problems of supply logistics operation mode in domestic enterprises. In chapter3, the paper builds the model of the milk-run vehicle routing problem with time windows with reused vehicle (VRPTWRV). In the model, carbon emission and material recycling are added, and also the coordination between JIT supply and vehicles fully loaded is considered. Then use the improved C-W algorithm to solve the model. Finally, use an actual case to validate the model and algorithm, in order to provide a reference for the domestic enterprises when they need to implement the milk-run to reduce costs and improve the environmental benefits successfully.
