With the development of the Internet, convenience, speediness, cheapness, and personality have become the current main features of consumption trend. The enterprise needs to build a supply chain(SC) with high adaptability, which has the features of low cost and fast response and flexibility. One of the supply chain management(SCM) challenges with high adaptability is how to realize a good and timely delivery. In the development of SCM theory and practics, SC logistics network with supply-hub can reduce logistics costs by taking advantage of economies of scale, and improve SC responsiveness and flexibility after collaboration. As such, this thesis focuses on the logistics operation and decision-making of supply-hub.Firstly, through the interview with the practitioners and the literature review, the structure of SC logistics network with supply-hub is summarized, and the logistics decision factors of supply-hub are concluded. Secondly, the widely existed urban rings are introduced in the supply logistics, a specific routing optimizing model with all suppliers distributed in a circular area is formulated, and an improved TSP genetic algorithm is developed. In the transshipment logistics, after considering the changes of nodes, another routing optimizing model with triple-attribute nodes is formulated, and a two-stage Genetic Algorithms combines the string coding and matrix coding is developed to solve the problem. Finally, the validity of the models and algorithms are verified. Based on these, the related managerial insights are drawn, which are valuable to the management practice. As follows, the urban rings and the combination of different vehicles can reduce the supply logistics costs. The routing optimization from the product flow's view in transshipment logistics can reduce shipment costs by moderate product collection.
