China’s Civil Aviation Transportation Enterprises Development Strategy Research

Transportation is the largest industry in China’s economy, one of the fastest growing transportation industry is aviation transportation. With the development of economy, Along with China’s civil aviation market opening to the extent of the expansion, foreign aviation giant enters China in succession air transport market. Because foreign developed countries and regions of the airlines whether in network construction or operation cost in has obvious advantages, it is in China’s civil aviation to the development of the enterprise caused great pressure. How to improve the core competitiveness of the transportation industry in China’s civil aviation, aviation transportation make suitable enterprise development strategies, and to promote the development of transportation in China’s civil aviation industry has important significance. In this article, the author of in China’s civil aviation transportation industry competitiveness and development strategy as the research object, the current in China’s civil aviation transportation development are faced with the problem analysis and research, the purpose is through the detailed analysis and studies, and work out the suitable for China’s civil aviation transportation development countermeasures. In this paper, we study the background for this article, and significance are reviewed, and the domestic and foreign relevant research on the basis of the analysis, in China’s civil aviation transportation from the competition ability of the enterprise is not high as a research the breakthrough point. Based on the analysis of domestic civil aviation transportation enterprise present situation and the existing problems, and on the basis of five competitive forces model using potter competition, the value chain analysis tools, etc, this paper analyzes the domestic air transport industry will face competition environment, then, with SWOT analysis tools for different types of air transport enterprise, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each enterprise competitiveness, finally, discusses the whole industry to improve the competition ability of the development strategy should be established, and the different types of air transport enterprise puts forward the development strategy of the corresponding Suggestions. Affected by the conditions that limit, the coverage of the paper still exist some disadvantages.
