Motor Transport Enterprises In Yunnan Province Development Strategy

The automobile transportation becomes more and more important day by day in the integrative transportation system, but with the penetrating of reform of the transport enterprises of the automobile, the further opening of the transport market after the accession to the WTO of China, the constant promoting of the crude oil price in the world and domestic market, the readying to appear of the reform of "fees into taxes "in highway, the participating of the private-owned vehicles of every enterprises in the society, the speed-raising of train, and allowancing of marked price of civil aviation etc., without exception, form enormous managing pressure to the transport enterprise of the automobile all. On the basis of analyzing the current status and the existing problem of the development of the road transport trade of Yunnan Province, this article regards the automobile transport enterprises of Yunnan Province as the research object, adopts systems analysis, while combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, to take further investigation and analysis on such strategic factors .which will affect the developing of the automobile transport enterprise of Yunnan Province, as the external environment condition and the inside condition, etc., and lays the management development strategy of the automobile transport enterprise of Yunnan Province, to offer theory support for the government to carry on trade structural adjustment and the transport enterprises of the automobile to work out the strategic plan and implement strategic management.
