The efficient operation of e-commerce lies on the integration of the "four flow". When the business flow, capital flow and information flow come true through the network, logistics has become the key factor of restricting the development of electronic commerce. In China, with the rapid development of e-commerce, online trading and online retail continues to heat up, the requirements for the supporting role of the logistics industry become higher. Logistics companies compete to provide services of good quality and characteristics, winning by a comparative advantage, so that e-commerce logistics market is extremely competitive. If e-commerce logistics service quality evaluation is reasonable and effective, it will help enterprises to improve the logistics service level and enhance their market competitiveness.This paper thinks e-commerce logistics services in B2B and C2C modes are comprehensive and comparable, so it chooses these two modes and compares them to research on e-commerce logistics service quality evaluation in different modes. First, it analyses commonality and particularity of the B2B and C2C e-commerce logistics services, and makes a comparative study. Then, it summarizes current development status of e-commerce trade and retail logistics services in China. Based on the above, it constructs e-commerce logistics service quality evaluation index system in the two modes. Because of each evaluation system having a lot of qualitative and quantitative indicators, more obvious indicator uncertainties, less and incomplete indicator data, The paper proposes the e-commerce logistics service quality gray evaluation model based on rough set and the solving process, methods. Finally, the index systems and evaluation model are applied and tested in the example in the context of the two modes, C++and Mat lab software used to program for solving model, and the results of evaluation comparatively analyzed. It proves to be effective and practical for e-commerce logistics services quality evaluation.
