Although cross-border e-commerce emerged late, its pace of development and the size of its transactions are staggering. The demand of trade in our country is very strong. It occupies a large share of the world's e-commerce market. At present, cross-border e-commerce is developing rapidly, and it also brings a golden opportunity for cross-border Logistics at the same time.Logistics, as the last link in the whole process, has a direct impact on the shopping experience of consumers. Professional logistics services play a crucial role in the process of cross-border e-commerce. At present, the government is actively involved in operations of cross-border e-commerce logistics and has given substantial support in terms of capital and policy.The government actively supports cross-border e-commerce activities in coastal cities. As one of the coastal provinces in China, Ji'nan and coastal cities in Shandong province are the key targets of cross-border e-commerce development.The paper mainly takes the logistics mode of cross-border e-commerce in Shandong province as the research object and analyzes its present situation and structure. Choose the most suitable logistics and distribution mode of cross-border e-commerce development in Shandong Province by grey evaluation analysis after the expert scored their influencing factors. Based on the analysis of cross-border e-commerce logistics and distribution, the author puts forward the countermeasures of improving the logistics and distribution mode of cross-border e-commerce at the end of the paper.These contents provide the basis for the further development of logistics policy and promote faster and better development of cross-border e-commerce logistics in Shandong Province.
