A.t present, the main purchasing issue in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is shortage of funds and the bad credit. If the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises seek to develop rapidly, the priority is to seek a new purchasing financing model and achieve the best purchasing effect as a union.First, the paper analyzes the status quo and problems of external financing patterns of small and medium manufacturing enterprises. Based on this, the author concluded that in the different stages of the funding gap, the small and medium-sized manufacturing companies can use different modes of financing, including the bonded warehouses financing model, the FTW financing model and accounts receivable factoring financing models. At the same time, this article summarizes the related research achievements and experience. From the point of view of the supply chain, this paper puts forward that the suppliers, as the core enterprise of the supply chain, will bear the risk of bankruptcy of small and medium-size manufacturing enterprises in order to circumvent the risk of interruption of the supply chain to maintain the stability of the supply chain, and increase the income.On this basis, this paper focuses on the analysis in the purchase stage of the financing mode bonded warehouse. Using the game theory and the supply chain financing theory, this paper built the returns and risk allocation model of supply chain. Through the mathematical model, the paper concludes that the bonded warehouse financing mode of small and medium-sized enterprises manufacturing the optimal order quantity and supplier’s best pricing decisions.Finally, this paper summarizes the existing financing a market (mainly including folk financing and bonded warehouse financing) can be insufficient funds for the medium and small manufacturing enterprise to provide financing service, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise will use the bonded warehouse financing strategy. And the utility of the financing strategy is better than no financing service utility. At the same time, gives the corresponding example analysis.
