With the accelerated process of urban modernization, the development oftransport road infrastructure of urban becomes faster than ever, and the number ofproject, such as new construction, renovation, expansion and maintenance of road, isgrowing larger. The implement of the project often needs to occupy the road that has agreat impact on the traffic of the road even the surrounding road net and leads tosupply and demand of the road net of local and even global transportation imbalance.In order to reduce this negative impact and relieve the growing pains of transportinfrastructure construction in the development of the urban, the article develops atraffic management model of road construction period to in-depth analyze the impactmechanism of the road construction on urban transportation, and provide decisionsupport for traffic organization and management plan of traffic managementdepartments.Firstly, the article analyses the research status at home and abroad anddetermines the main agents involved in road construction of urban traffic. Secondlywe create the BDI structure models of traffic management departments, constructionunits, vehicles and construction area according to the theory of Multi-Agent. Thetarget, behavior and intercoordination of agents become more perspicuity. Then thearticle analyses the Game relations of vehicles, traffic management departments andvehicles, traffic management departments and construction units, construction unitsand vehicles according to game theory and build their game models. Accordingly, weget the benefit functions of agents to solve their coordination problems.Based on game analysis, the article researches vehicles route choicecharacteristics of road construction in Multi-Agent simulation software Netlogo.Simulation results show that the guidance information of traffic managementdepartments plays an important role in traffic diversion and vehicles route choice.While the simulation also provides decision support for traffic diversion plan of trafficmanagement departments and construction program of construction units. The simulation part also focuses on how to reasonably choose to construct roadin large-scale urban road construction. In this part we get the best method to setphases of traffic lights and selection principle of road construction, but also the effectof setting a single line of traffic in traffic diversion.In addition, according to the simulation conclusion, the article takes the ‘TwoVertical and Two Horizontal’ highway project of Changchun City as a case to analyzetraffic problems during the road construction and propose some solution strategies.Finally, on the basis of agents game model and simulation, the article proposesthe programmatic measures, engineering measures and manageability measures ofurban road construction, and provides decision support for traffic managementdepartments and construction units to develop traffic management schemes andconstruction plans.
