For small andmedium-sized High-tech enterprises， science and technology activities andtechnological innovation are the main driving force of the profit growth，andtechnological innovation is the only way forward in improving the competitiveness ofenterprises. Only through innovation, small and medium-sized High-tech enterprisescan enhance the competitiveness fundamentally, which make them survive anddevelop in the fierce competition.In this article，the Shenyang New Blue Sky Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the NBS) with the problems of technological innovation,puts forward corresponding countermeasures. In-depth exploration of the conceptand classification of technological innovation, technological innovation modelfeatures, the composition of technological innovation system; careful analysis of theNBS technical problems in the process of innovation, mainly in the low efficiency oftechnological innovation, incomplete technological innovation system, weak sense ofinnovation process three factors restricting innovation. And targeted countermeasuresto solve problems: technological innovation in improving the efficiency of the NBSchannels, mainly from internal and external both to take the appropriate strategy;perfect NBS innovation of new management systems and operation from the Systemto improve the protection; create a new atmosphere of NBS measures oftechnological innovation, technological innovation through the establishment of aneffective incentive mechanism to foster innovation and enterprise culture.This study of the article have implications for technological innovation activitiesof small and medium private enterprises in China (especially vacuum coatingequipment manufacturers). From the point of view，we must first solve the problemof financing for small and medium-sized High-tech enterprises in technological innovation.
