The Study Of Matching Model Between High-tech Enterprises’ Technical Ecological Niche And Technology Strategy

Nowadays technology has become an indispensable key factor for the survival and development of an enterprise,in order to build and maintain the advantage of stable long-term competitiveness, an enterprise will have to match the selection of technology strategy with its existing technology conditions effectively. High and new technology enterprise is an important part and important power to promote the growth of national economy. Set high and new technology enterprise as the object,This paper studies the measurement of enterprise technology niche and its technology strategy matching model.based on explaining the meaning of enterprise’technical ecological niche, the concept of the state and role of enterprise’technical ecological niche was defined.This paper designs an evaluation index system of the technical ecological niche from the state and role by the methods of literature investigation, theoretical analysis, the research group discussion, etc; designs experts play table and Determines the weight through Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP);constructs a new technical ecological niche evaluation model including the state and role applying the principle of AHP, and analyzes technology ecological niche and technology strategy matching mechanism, thus technology niche of high and new technology enterprise and technology strategy matching model is presented.Design questionnaires for present situation of high and new technology enterprise technology niche, and ask the executives who are responsible for technology research in high and new technology enterprises to fill them out,thus get the real data of the state and role of the enterprise technology niche. Calculate by using the evaluation model of the state and role of the technology niche, thus the enterprise technology strategy suitabie for the enterprise technology present situation is put forward.Slelect a company in the sample as a typical case,and finally put forward the management and policy suggestions for enterprises and the government. Based on its own technology environment and innovation ability, the enterprises choose the suitable strategies for their development, which helps to improve enterprise innovation performance and avoid wasting innovation resources.
