Research On The Matching Of Technology Innovation Model Of Resources-oriented Enterprises Based On The Theory Of Ecological Niche

At present, the importance of technological innovation in China attaches great importance and the promulgated relevant policies are conducive to the technological innovation ability improving of the whole country. Resource type enterprise is an important force in the economic development of our country which is becoming more and more important in the national economy in propelling, but its development process has been struggling, so technological innovation can be regarded as a kind of important way for the resource-based enterprises to breakthrough the plight of the development. However, resource-based enterprises must adopt the appropriate mode of technology innovation to achieve the sustainable development, that is, the resource-based enterprises should identify their own ecological positioning, and select the technological innovation model for their own development, which is the basis for the resource-based enterprises to seek their own competitive advantages and strengthen their own sustainable development. This paper is to analyze and discuss the selection of technological innovation pattern of resource-based enterprises based on a scientific theory.In this paper, we consider the enterprise as organisms,the environment of the growth of the enterprises as the environment of biological growth.First, the article analyses the biological niche, enterprise niche theory and technology innovation theory, and the correlation between enterprise niche and enterprise technology innovation mode select.It is found that there is a certain correlation between the niche of resource type enterprise and the matching of its technological innovation pattern,and the two are interdependent and mutually influenced. Enterprise niche will play a guiding role in the choice of technological innovation mode, and the choice and matching of technological innovation model will have a counter effect on the ecological niche of enterprises; then based on the analysis of enterprise niche theory,the article constructs the niche theory system of resource-based enterprises,and determines the resource type enterprise niche dimensions, and according to the "state" and "potential",it establishes enterprise niche evaluation index system.Combining qualitative and quantitative research methods for the research andquantitative analysis of niche "state" and "potential".This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to decide the weight of every index in the index system,and uses fuzzy comprehensive method to build the evaluation model, in oredr to evaluate resource type enterprise niche from two aspects of "state" and "potential"; next,on the basis of resource type enterprise niche ' s overall evaluation,the article constructs technological innovation mode of matching matrix and carries on the analysis.This is conducive to guide enterprises to determine the current actual conditions of their niche and to match the technical innovation model;in the end,we select the Panzhihua Iron and steel group for empirical research, in order to make the research results more practical.The empirical analysis shows that Panzhihua Iron and steel ' s external environment and internal comprehensive ability are extremely favorable for the development of technological innovation activities.Therefore, the Panzhihua Iron and steel can make use of its advantage to take independent innovation, cooperative innovation, supplemented by technical innovation mode.
