With the development of social economy and the popularity of the financial investment, Financial investment analysis has got a lot of attention. Because the traditional financial investment analysis method emphasize to financial investment scheme rating, analysts need has rich experience of the investment, professional financial knowledge, good analytical capability. At present, the financial investment is a kind of common investment behavior, more and more non-professional investors participate in the financial investment. The traditional methods can’t let ordinary financial investors involved in the financial investment evaluation, and they can’t give corresponding desirable investment scheme according to the investors’ purchasing power and risk tolerance.The financial investment evaluation refers to the analysts evaluates the investment, considering the case of the investment evaluation attributes, which can provide a reasonable evaluation to help investors select a desirable investment, so as to improve the investment income and reduce risk and loss. Investors need financial investment evaluation, so as to achieve the maximum profit and risk minimization, reduce the blindness of investment decisions, then make a scientific investment decision. The purpose of this paper is to let ordinary financial investors involved in the financial investment evaluation, and help investors select a desirable investment from a variety of investments.Financial investment decision is a complicated process, some evaluation attributes are difficult to use numerical evaluate. For dealing with fuzzy linguistic information,2-tuple linguistic multi-attribute decision making method is used to evaluate financial investment in the paper. Two kinds of three-dimensional evaluation methods for financial investment based on2-tuple linguistic are proposed in the paper.In this paper,(1) three-dimensional evaluation framework is established for dealing with fuzzy linguistic information. The three layers of three-dimensional evaluation method are described. The three layers are2-tuple linguistic transform layer, evaluation information comprehensive layer, decision-making layer.(2) Study some financial analysis method at home and abroad, in view of China’s financial investment market characteristics, according to the evaluation index established principles, established the fund and stock investment evaluation attributes, to construct the evaluation model. Two kinds of three-dimensional evaluation methods for financial investment based on2-tuple linguistic are proposed.(a) Investors hope for professional good investment scheme recommendation, the financial investment evaluation process for junior investors is given.(b) Investors have certain investment experience, personalized financial investment evaluation according to the investors’ purchasing power and risk tolerance is provided. A new aggregation operator is proposed, which are the extended2-tuple linguistic weighting arithmetic average operator(ET-WAA), the comprehensive financial investment evaluation process for senior investors is given, which uses the operator to combine investors opinions with experts advices.(3) The three-dimensional evaluation method application of financial investment is given by the case study, the evaluation method application of fund investment and the evaluation method application of stock investment. This paper gives the case study to verify the method proposed and to demonstrate its feasibility and practicality.
