| The information era is in a new environment with enormous amount of information, complex decision-making environment and decision-making problem, and increasing new decision-making methods. The research field in decision-making supporting system is becoming more and more complicated.The study on in decision-making theory,decision-making method and decision-making supporting system become the hot research topics in the field of applying computer in management,and lead to the theory and application research at home and abroad.When the decision-making problem is becoming more and more complex,a single decision-maker can not solve it using his/her knowledge, experience and wisdom, he/she must consult with other experts to solve the complicated problem with their knowledge and wisdom. Fuzziness is unavoidable in group decision-making because of the incomplete information and the different understanding of information. In fuzzy group decision-making,however, the results should be different using different fuzzy linguistic preference representation methods and group decision-making aggregation methods. Therefore, the topic on how to choose the correct fuzzy linguistic preference representation method and aggregation method in group decision-making environment should be further studied to get the more accurate decision-making result.The paper studied the current theory of group decision-making.Then it made research on the key problems of fuzzy group decision-making such as representation of fuzzy linguistic preference, estimation of missing values in an incomplete linguistic 2-tuple judgment matrix, the consistency of elements of an expert and how to assigning the decision power in the group decision-making environment and so on. It also proposed some related solutions and algorithms according to them. Based on the research on theory and the situation of lacking evaluation system for the students' learning adaptability and its related decision-making supporting system, a group decision-making supporting evaluation system for adaptability of student learning was developed using B/S model as its architecture schema, Java as its developing tool and MySql as its database management system. The system has two main functions:one function is to build the evaluation system of adaptability of student learning, and the other function is to evaluate a student's adaptability in learning using the evaluation system of adaptability of student learning.The system is composed of four modules, which are initiation of system, processing of the group decision-making, querying the result of decision-making and evaluating student's learning adaptability.Methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, object-oriented programming method and so on, were used in the research of the paper.And the paper applied the proposed theory in the practical situation to prove the convenience of fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic representation model and the soundness of the proposed group decision-making method. |
