Subway is the effective solution for traffic congestion in modern city. In china, subwayconstruct will come to peak in the next decades. The subway environment control system isimportant part in the whole subway construct project, so how to optimize the system to saveenergy and lower running cost is a important subject worth to pay attention.The writer raised certain theory regarding how to meet the technical requirement of ACproduct in the future, achieve green carbon concept, how to innovate the product technologyand adjust market concept based on the subway industry status and government stimulateplan for subway construction.This article introduces the marketing strategy in the future and the background andopportunities for AC subway industry first, then discusses status of requirement innovationand lack of technology now, also find out the current state by SWTO analyses methodreference foreign advanced technology. This article also find out a marketing strategysuitable for AC company self development based on market and requirement in the future,guide how to adjust the marketing strategy according the change in market. It is also clearthat national policy is important for AC Company; Product innovation should meet therequirement of global energy conservation and environmental protection concept, follownational encouraging and supporting technology policy. Only in that way new producttechnology can be put in to use in market as soon as possible.The method used in this article is the research methods of literature study,investigationmethod and the quantitative and qualitative combined method.Based on the above research method, the writer fully demonstrates technologyinnovation points of subway AC product through SWTO analyses in AC subway marketing,Product development direction, Product operation cost and related experimental data.Following up the change in national policy and market, analyze the subway industry ’sdevelopment opportunities and challenges(Ventilation AC system is widely used in subway,but also facing the challenge of cost, environmental protection, noise reduction),also tosummarize relative domestic and overseas literatures and documents, to analyze relativetheories such as SWOT, sales pattern, sales combination, sales competency, sales channel,finally to give the conclusion on what kind of sales strategies will be suitable to this articleresearch target.
