| Since1990s, the international land use research step into a new field. A remarkablecharacteristics is the focus on land use changes on the ecological and environmentalconditions and the effects on global change，The idea of sustainable development quicklybecomes the focus and the frontier issues of the research in economy, geography,planning, environment and other discipline. In our country, on the aspect of sustainabledevelopment research of land use, there is using and setting up a index system whichmeasure the change of land quality for timely detecting out the areas which has someproblems on land quality.Basing on this basis, I am going to reseach the method ofoptimization of land use regulation, the model of land use optimal allocation and theschemes of optimized utilization in different spatial scale.Recently, with the rapid development of economic construction and socialundertakings of the county Fuyu, Urban and rural land use status has changed a lot， theimformations we have owned such as cadastral survey data of town and reral, the basicmap and date are greatly different with the present situation of land utilization.It affectedthe scientific and effective management of land for government Therefore, In order toAccurately reflect the present situation of rural land utilization of county Fuyu and studythe problems of it, the second land survey was launched，in2008. It Is the important basisto strictly carry out land resources management, to protect and rational use land resources,is the important basis for government to make the macro decision of urban and ruraleconomic and social development, and it is the inevitable requirements to establishperfect order of the land market, and to deep the system on the rights of land property.Based on the results of the second land survey of county FuYu which was finishedby county Fuyu in2008, this paper introduced the basic situation, and expounds thecharacteristics of the studyed area from three main aspects: location conditions, nature geographical and social economy. then based on using the date of three aspects which arethe area of land use administrative districts, the quantity of land use, and the structure ofland use type, the characteristics of land use quantity and structure has beenconcluded.meanwhile according to the eight types of Land use classification，wesummarize the distribution of land use and simply introduce the right of land use.Determinating the right of land plays the important role in promoting the circulatedprocess of the right of land ues and advancing the development。Basing on some related informations of county Fuyu such as the second surveyingdata of land，the detailed surveying data of land， the surveying data on changes of land，and so on，and on using some technical measures such as Atcgis and the software used inland surveying, I did some analysis on some aspects such as the present distribution ofsloping farmland and basic farmland, the present status of land utilization, and so on.From the situation of land use, according to the situation of actual development of countyFuyu during1996to2008, I found many characteristics such as that regional differencesof structure of land use are singnificant, the level of land output is lower, and so on. Thencomparing with the second surveying data of land，the detailed surveying data of landand the surveying data on changes of land,I found the reasons which cause the differenceand the main problems existing in the land utilization.Finally, combining with the bearing ability of local social economic, using thethought of sustainable development and the viewpoint of systematics, I research thefuture trend of county Fuyu’s utilization of land and the strategic measures of rationalutilization of land.It provids the basis for sustainable development of land’s use andeconomic construction And has important theoretical and practical significance to makedecision of social and economic development in the future and macro policy. This study’spromotion provides some supportment from researching the rational use of land,improving the land use potention to guaranting the needs of the development of socialeconomy and the establishment of related policies for the county which is in the socialand economic developing and needs a lot of land resource.According to the results of the second land survey of county FuYu which wasfinished by county Fuyu in2008, to statistic the land use structure, quantity anddistribution of county Fuyu, and combine with the local actual development situation, Idiscover some characteristics such as the obviously district difference in the Local Land use structure, The lower level of land production, and so on. Then comparing with thesecond surveying data of land，the detailed surveying data of land and the surveying dataon changes of land,I found the reasons which cause the difference and the mainproblems existing in the land utilization, and then combining with the bearing capacity oflocal social economy, I had researched the strategies of land development tendency andrational use land to provide the evidence for the land use sustainable development andeconomic construction of county Fuyu. |
