Study On The Characteristics Of Land Use Change And Its Utilized Intensivism In Zhaotong During 2009 To 2015

In the process of rapid economic development,industrialization and urbanization's rigid demand for land has increase continuously,and changes in the area and structure of constructed land have become the main feature of land use/cover change in China gradually.It was favorable to adjust and promote the structure of constructed land and its frugal,intensive and sustainable use if we study the evolutional characters of construction land and construction land structure and discuss the driving factors which changed the area and structure of the construction land.this study was based on 2009-2015 years'land use change and survey data in Zhaotong,and combined with other elements such as natural elements,population elements and socioeconomic factors,then used the expansion index of construction land to study the change characteristics of the area of construction land in Zhaotong,after that,using gray relational analysis method to discuss entropy of information's influence factors of Zhaotong's area and structure about construction.On this basis,set up the index system of calculation in zhaotong's land use intensity,and calculated the land use intensity of zhaotong's construction land by using entropy method to determine the weight of each index and then added them up.And the results showed that:(1)The area of construction land in Zhaotong had been increasing during 2009 to2015,the area of construction land,countryside,urban construction land,industrial and mining enterprises'land,traffic land and water construction land increased 39.32km~2,13.57 km~2,15.30 km~2,1.34 km~2,7.29 km~2 and 1.82 km~2 each.Among 11counties(districts)of Zhaotong,all kinds of construction land area increased in Zhaoyang District,Qiaojia County,Zhenxiong County,DaGuan County and Yiliang County,Yongshan County,Yanjin County,Weixin County and Shuifu county,while in Suijiang county,only water construction land area increased.Among the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong,the area expansion index of urban construction land,water construction land and countryside were higher than other land use types.And coefficient of variation of urban construction land,countryside and water construction land were higher than other land use types.Moreover annual average growth rates of urban construction land,countryside,traffic land and water construction land were higher than other land use types.It shows that the increase of urban construction land,countryside,traffic land and water construction land were the main aspects of the increase in the area of construction land in Zhaotong,while the growth of industrial and mining enterprises'land was relatively gentle.On the dimension of space,the coefficient of variation about the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong showed the upward trend,among which the coefficient of variation of water construction land was the biggest one,the next were construction land,urban construction land,countryside,industrial and mining enterprises'land and traffic land.It showed that the differences among areas of all kinds of construction lands were increasing,and the was the difference of water construction land was the biggest.(2)During 2009 to 2015,the entropy of information among the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong declined,which showed that structure of constructed land of Zhaotong was in a state of continuous expansion.But balance about the structure of constructed land is enhanced,degree of dominance in single constructed land type was reduced,and the structure of constructed land became stable.Moreover the mean value about entropy of information in the structure of constructed land among Shuifu County,Suijiang County,Zhaoyang District,Yongshan County,Ludian County,Zhenxiong County,Weixin County,Daguan County,Yanjin County,Yiliang county and Qiaojia County are 1.331?1.108?1.083?1.064?1.031?0.960?0.942?0.864?0.845?0.833 and 0.832,which showed that the entropy of information of constructed land type in Zhaotong were low,and structure of constructed land needs to be adjusted and perfected.During 2009 to 2015,among the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong,the countryside had account the largest proportion,the next were traffic land,urban construction land,industrial and mining enterprises'land and water construction land,and countryside and traffic land showed downward trend,while urban construction land and water construction land showed upward trend.On the dimension of space,during 2009 to 2015,the coefficient of variations about entropy of information in structure of constructed land showed downward trend among the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong.It showed that he differences of constructed land structure was narrowing and the distribution of each type of constructed land was more uniform relatively among the counties(districts)in Zhaotong.(3)Total area of constructed land showed medium or close correlation with population the area of components of the constructed land,natural elements and socioeconomic factors among the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong.And the total area of constructed land had the closest correlation with population,the next were the components of the constructed land,natural elements and socioeconomic factors.(4)The entropy of information about structure of constructed land showed medium or close correlation with the components of components of the constructed land and its accounts,natural elements and socioeconomic factors among the 11counties(districts)in Zhaotong And the entropy of information about structure of constructed land had the closest correlation with population,the next were the components of the constructed land,natural elements and socioeconomic factors.(5)During 2009 to 2015,the intensive degree of constructed land use showed upward trend among the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong.It showed that the efficiency of constructed land use was gradually improved but it is still low generally,because the degree of intensive use is still low generally in Zhaotong,which need us to further adjust the layout of the industry,plan the spatial pattern of the constructed land scientifically and improve the structure of constructed land rationally and innovate the model of development.Moreover the main factors which affected the intensive utilization degree of constructed land among the counties(districts)in Zhaotong were fixed assets investment in unit area constructed land,the traffic land area per capita and the density of the road-net in constructed land.And among the counties(districts)in Zhaotong,the intensive utilization degree of constructed land in Zhenxiong County had reach the fastest raising rate,the next were Qiaojia County,Suijiang County,Yanjin County,Shuifu County,Ludian County,Weixin County,Daguan County,Yiliang County,Zhaoyang district and Yongshan county.On the dimension of space,the coefficient of variation about the intensive utilization degree of constructed land among the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong decreased fluctuantly,which means that The differences among the 11 counties(districts)in Zhaotong about the intensive utilization degree of constructed land were narrowing.
