A Research On Generation And Evolution Mechanism Of Circular Economy Network

With the rapid development of our country’s economy and society, the shortage of resource and environment pollution is increasingly serious. Those problems directly relate to the sustainability of the economic growth.So circular economy cause of the concern of the whole society because it asks to establish the closed circulation of "resources-products--renewable resources",guided under the Principle of "reduce,reuse, recycle".Simulating natural ecological system,enterprises combine into network through the business cooperation of each other.Thus the resources of material, energy and information can be recycled between the member of this organization. The development of recycling-economy network organization has become the important development patterns of circular economy,and the research and practice for Circular economy network is in the ascendant.To have a basic understanding,This paper firstly summarizes the connotation, framework, features,and organizational mode of circular economy network.Then,this paper analysis the forming causes of the circular economy network,and put forward to the syslem of motivations,including the economic-benefit motivation,cost motivation, enterprise ability motivation and the external environment motivation.Then through the method of game theory, the paper analysis the formation and influence factors of the network of circular economy.On this basis,this paper analyzes the evolution of the network from the internal and external impact aspects.The inner-mechanism contains the division of cooperation mechanism,trust mechanism,management&organization mechanism and path dependence mechanism;The external impacts include institutional innovation and technological innovation.The system of mechanism promote the evolution of the whole network.Then through the analysis of the relationship between enterprises,this paper uses the logistic model to simulate the evolution of the network.On this basis,the evolution process is divided into three stages:initial growth,mature operation and degradation/innovation phase.Then,this paper analyzes the different stages of the network,including the scale,structure,function of the network and the change of the role of the dynamic evolution. Finally,with pre-theoretical study,this paper analyzes the case of Jiangxi Xinghuo industrial park. This paper analyzes the the formation and the evolution process of the Xinghuo circular economy network,finally puts forward the existing problems and solutions.
