Research On The Network Origination Of Circular Economy

In front of the tense situation of energy saving and environment protecting, circular economy is taking the place of traditional economy as a new mode of society, economy and environment to realize harmonious and sustainable development. The traditional organization has not adapted to the development of circular economy. It is necessary to make a research on the organization of circular economy to find out the obstacles in the development of circular economy.From the experience of developed countries, it is proved that network organization is an efficient way to develop circular economy. There are varieties of modes to organize the circular economy. Based on the theory of network organization, the paper expands the theory of network organization, meanwhile, analyzes the key factors to build up the network organization of circular economy. According to different characteristic of the network organization of circular economy, a four hierarchies' system of circular organization is build up. The four hierarchies are circular enterprise, ecological industrial park, circular city and circular area. Based on that, the paper makes a research on how to build up the network organization of circular economy on each hierarchy. There are comparisons between different hierarchies, so it is clear to know the procedure to build up a circular organization. It also makes an introduction of the good experience of the developed countries to form and evaluate the circular organization. Based on the four hierarchies' system of circular organization and the situation in China, the evaluation index system is build up, which has three parts. Finally, a case study is given to support the evaluation index system.
