Study On The Circular Economy Of Industrial Zones In Jiangxi Province

After the Second World War, the world went into a comparable peace era. The countriesconcentrate on the competition of comprehensive national power, considering the economydevelopment as the base stone in improving its national statue; at the same time, the world tradeorganization and the international monetary finance took great role in the construction of theworld production and capital market, the world economy develops quickly. Through the fruitfulresults obtained, respective countries have to confront to the harassments resulting fromeconomy development, for example, the resource exhausted, the power resource consumedgreatly, and the green house effect leading to the improvement of the world temperature resultsin accelerating the melt of pole iceberg, that menaces the security of the cites alongside theseaside. More and more scientist start to do some research on the relationship between theeconomy development and environment protection; in China, the government put forward withthe sustainable development strategy. In American economic scope, some economists introducegreen GDP to valuate national benefits. An economist at first gave us a new conceptionrecycling economy, according to spaceship principle, as a new way of economy increment, anew development model, receives a great deal of reflection Japan, China.In the essay, availing of CIP theory, system economy, Marxism political economy and thewest economy, I analyze and do some research on recycling economy. At first, after summarizingthe research results of the forward scholars, I provide some hypotheses, in order to emphases mystandpoint and value standard of recycling economy. Subsequently, I analyze the behaviors of themanufactures which are engaged in develop recycling economy, so as to draw some conclusionon the basic conditions. Finally I compare industrial links with the ecological links, and analyzethe industrial links' instability and stability, in order to give some policy suggestion for theindustrial zones which develop recycling economy mainly. At last, I apply my theory for therecycling economy zones in Jiangxi province, testing my thesis, and according to characterize ofthe Jiangxi, I try to give some useful advice to develop Jiangxi economy.
