As the first major national project in Jiangxi Province, Poyang Lake Eco-economic Area is a major milestone in the history of the development of Jiangxi Province, and has a far-reaching significant to realize the development of Jiangxi Province. But the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Area is still in the early stage of development, the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation has not been formed an independent system, so I carry an investigation on scientific and technological innovation of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic in this article.The main content of this article consists of five parts as follows:Chapter I:In this part, I elaborate the significance of scientific and technological evaluation of the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Area, review the domestic and foreign theory of scientific and technological innovation and the methods of the evaluation of technological innovation capacity, and establish the research ideas, methods, and the paper structure.Chapter II:In this part, I analysis the main factors that maybe have an effect on the scientific and technological innovation of the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Area, these factors include four parts:the infrastructure, science and technology inputs (including the investment of human and financial resources), science and technology output and Science and technology influence. And I describe the situation of the science and technology inputs.Chapter III:on the basis of the analysis of the factors, I establish a set of evaluation index system of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Area in scientific and technological innovation following the principle of the establishing indicator system. Chapter IV:In this paper, I use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation in the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Area, the index weighting is the core of the method, so, in this part, I list several basic methods of the index weighting, then I select the united way that is subjective and objective way, finally I make a narrative of the theory of the evaluation process.Chapter V:In this part, I analyze the distribution of scientific and technological innovation of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Area based on the evaluation results, and I divide the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Area into three levels, then I analyze their weak link of carrying out scientific, finally I put forward some relevant policy recommendations. |
