A Study On The Influence Factor And Status Of Development Of Ecological Economic Zone Of Poyanghu

With the domestic precise social division of labor and specialization of production, Modern service industry is playing a more and more important role in the national economy and the adjustment of industrial structure, and meanwhile, our country has proposed in the national strategy that we should speed up the development of service industry, especially promote the development of modern service industry. For the ecological economic zone of PoYangHu, the development of modern service industry is not only conductive to improving the economy competitiveness, expanding the employment and maintaining social stability, but also be conductive to the harmonious development between ecology and economy.Based on the combing and learning of the existing literature, This dissertation first introduce the status of development of the ecological economic zone of Po Yang Hu, in order that we have a basic knowledge of development of economy, investment and employment situation. And then using the factor analysis method to synthetically evaluate the development of modern service of NanChang, JingDezhen, JiuJiang, XinYu, YinTan and FuZhou. Through this section of evaluation, we can see that there is obvious gap between the different cities, as the capital of JiangXi, the modern service industry of NanChang is developing best during these cities, the worst development of modern service industry city is FuZhou. In the fifth part, it has analyzed the main factor of affecting the development of modern service industry, and used Panel Data Model to fit the data of five areas in ecological economic zone of Po Yang Hu. As a result, we can know the different influence of the main influence factor on the five areas.Through the mining and reading of the limited data, it has finally worked out several conclusions. First of all, the ecological economic zone of PoYangHu still in the primary stage of development, and there is obvious difference between regions and industries; Secondly, The development of the different regions is unbalanced, and the effective demand is mined insufficiency; Finally, the main influential factors can not form a effective approach. So, I consider that we first should change our idea of development for developing the modern service industry vigorously; Secondly, we should increase the investment of science and technology, in order to create a good environment for development of modern service industry; Thirdly, we should develop the function of city orientation, break out the administrative division, thus, it can realize the rational distribution of regional industries,broaden the maketspace, and drive the balanced development of modern service industry; The last, we also should support the development of the main industries at the same time, in order to drive the development of modern service industry comprehensively and rapidly.
