Human capital is playing an important role in the era of knowledge economy, and it became a key resource o maintain competitive advantage. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, how to motivate staff to produce better performance, and create greater benefits for the enterprise that is the business managers’ great issue.This paper analyzes the problems of human resources management in the JS Power Company, such as the serious brain drain, lack of staff enthusiasm, and it is imperative for company to design the incentive mechanisms in human resources management. Then, after introducing the concept of incentives mechanism and related incentive theories, the paper design the incentive mechanisms in JS Power Company which includes pay performance system design, personal development system design, the incentive nature of the shared values of corporate culture and create multi-level incentive model. Meanwhile, on the basis of the principle of incentive mechanism implementation, the author analyzes the company’s difficulties about implementing incentives mechanisms, and gives specific measures for JS Power Company at this stage.This paper aims to explore and provide useful suggestions for JS Power Company to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism. The enterprises could improve management capabilities through the improvement of incentive, and it also provides beneficial support to enterprise development. A perfect incentive mechanism would make personal development goals and enterprise’objectives to become an organic unity, and form a powerful force to promote competition in the market’s continued development.
