With the rapid development of society,each industry is facing increasing competition,,and the pressure of enterprises is also increasing,and the competition of talents is also the key goal of competition among enterprises.Therefore,retaining the existing talent resources and attracting more fresh blood is an important part of the enterprise.In order to give full play to the role of talents,we must make a scientific and complete employee incentive plan,and implement it fairly and effectively,so as to tap the potential power of talents themselves.At present,China's integrated circuit industry is developing faster and faster,which has become the focus of the semiconductor industry.However,there are still some problems such as lack of innovation and lack of talents,so it is urgent to formulate and implement a plan that can effectively motivate employees.This paper combines the research results of scholars at home and abroad,and based on the mature incentive related theories,uses the method of questionnaire to investigate and understand the employees of HW technology company,including the basic personal information of employees and their satisfaction with the current incentive program,such as salary,career planning and corporate culture And other aspects of satisfaction were investigated and analyzed.According to the results of the survey,many problems are found in HW company's incentive plan,such as unclear and detailed incentive objects,short-term incentive can't improve employee enthusiasm,training mechanism and career planning are not scientific and perfect,and there is no good corporate atmosphere.The main reasons for these problems are lack of management awareness,lack of understanding of employees' needs by superiors,and internal gap of the company Less communication and less understanding of corporate culture.Therefore,starting from the above problems,following the objectives and principles of the improvement of the incentive program,this paper aims to improve the incentive program of HW company,respectively,from the compensation and welfare,performance appraisal,training management,career and corporate culture management to improve the specific program.Next,it puts forward key issues of the implementation of the improvement plan,and three implementation guarantees.The study found that if companies want to retain and recruit more outstanding talents,they need to understand the actual needs of different types of employees.Only when the internal needs of employees are met,their work ability will play a greater role.In this paper,HW company's employee incentive program is improved,and the enterprise can effectively implement it,so as to retain talents and attract talents,improve the enthusiasm of employees,so as to improve the comprehensive strength of HW technology company.
