As the Chinese economy is increasingly integrated into the global market,the competitive environment faced by Chinese companies is increasingly challenging.Entrepreneurs are more and more clearly aware that if an enterprise wants to survive,it must have its own core competitiveness and maintain it for a long time.Since the scholars put forward the relevant theories of organizational culture in the 1980 s,people realize that a unique organizational culture can ensure that enterprises have a unique spiritual core in the fierce market competition.Corporate culture will have a certain impact on employees ’own ideas,values,work efficiency and other aspects.By affecting the organization’s human resources related operations,it will ultimately affect employees’ personal performance and thus affect the overall performance of the company.However,in practice,many companies do not pay attention to the construction of corporate culture,so that the role of corporate culture has not been effectively played.Based on this,it is necessary to discuss the impact of corporate culture on employee performance,in order to allow companies to further clarify the importance of building corporate culture.This article takes blue love as the research object,analyzes the influence of corporate culture on employee performance,and combines the domestic and foreign related research situations to carry out the analysis through empirical methods.Through literature reading and combing,based on the previous researches on organizational culture and employee performance,based on Blue’s own cultural construction and employee performance,this article selects "corporate culture strength" and "corporate culture matching degree" "These two dimensions measure corporate culture and verify the impact of corporate culture on employee performance through empirical analysis.The research draws on the previous organizational culture and employee performance scale,develops a measurement scale that conforms to this study,and uses multiple regression statistical analysis to verify hypotheses.The research results show that: corporate culture intensity has a significant positive impact on employee performance;corporate culture matching has a significant positive impact on employee performance;corporate culture matching also affects the relationship between corporate culture intensity and employee performance,corporate culture matching The higher,the stronger the positive effect of corporate culture strength on employee performance,and the weaker the converse.This research conclusion has a certain innovative significance both in theory andin practice.Theoretically,the influence of corporate environment and culture on the transmission mechanism of employee cognition and personal performance is rarely mentioned in the literature.Therefore,by studying the views of specific employees on the company’s environment and culture,employees’ perceptions,and the personal transmission mechanism of corporate performance,it is possible to better analyze and reveal the entire corporate environment and culture and the performance of the entire company and its transmission mechanism Close relationship.At the same time,there is very little literature research on how the perception of corporate culture affects the personal performance of corporate employees,especially the lack of corresponding empirical data analysis.This article mainly analyzes the influence of the entire corporate culture on the transmission mechanism of employees’ personal performance,explores how to use corporate culture to improve employee performance,and provides a theoretical basis for corporate culture.From the practical significance of the research in this article,the good development of corporate culture can improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to give full play to the role of corporate culture construction,when enterprises are building culture,they should pay attention to the construction of cultural strength and cultural matching,deeply understand the management center’s "people-oriented" idea,create a good cultural atmosphere,stimulate the creativity of talents,improve the performance of employees,and ultimately make the company last for a long time.never fail.
