| This paper aims to study the remote services of Gansu Postal Express&Logistic Co. Ltd, and furthermore, the development strategy of this business in the12th Five Year Plan period is established.First, the paper introduces the theory of strategy management and the research tools used in the study. Based on them, the strategic research model with PEST Analysis and SWOT Analysis is constructed. Second, the author analyzes the opportunities and threats faced in the external environment, in addition, advantages and disadvantages in the internal environment of the remote services. Then SWOT analysis chart of development, various combination strategies and focused differentiation competitive strategy are worked out. It presents the specific development measure in respect of adjusting products, improving qualities and controlling cost-benefit. Finally, based on those analyses, the paper sets up an overall organizational structure of strategy implementation and management, control index system, the criteria of annual assessment and adjustment, which ensures the effective implementation and scientific adjustment of the strategy. |
