With the development of our country’s market economy system and the progress of agricultural technology. China’s fresh agricultural market produced very big change. The trend of agricultural industrialization has been formed; a large number of fresh agricultural company come out. and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. At the same time, the residents" health consumption consciousness increases ceaselessly, consumers’ behavior has changed a lot. they pay more attention to the quality of agricultural products, brand and the choice of marketing channels. How will the fresh agricultural products deliver to the target market accurately, saving the cost, improve the efficiency of marketing channel, the establishment of agricultural product marketing channel model become a major problem and the way to gain competitive advantage of fresh agricultural company.This paper uses the standard research and case study method, study the fresh agricultural products marketing channel model of city. First of all, review the accurate marketing theory, marketing channel theories, and fresh agricultural product marketing channel research at home and abroad.
