| Today’s business competition in the final analysis is the competition for talants,who are the most precious and difficult resources to make full use of. So now more and more enterprises try to attract and nurture talent as a strategic task. While the campus recruitment as an important channel for enterprises attract talents with the fierce talent competition becoming more and more attention.During the annual campus recruiting season,the competition among enterprises faighting for talents is fiercious.Enterprises not only need to think of ways to attract more excellent graduates,more important is the ability to select the suitable outstanding graduates for enterprises,so the talent evaluation work in campus recruitment for enterprises is particularly important,although it is now a variety of assessment tools emerge in an endless stream,but the human resources department of the company in the selection of campus talent still faces many problems,for example,the choice of what kind of assessment tools can be faster,more effctive selection for the enterprises of the outstanding campus talent,how to identify the resumes of false information and so on,these problems are worthy of human resource management and the theoretical researchers studying and exploring.Campus recruitment is the enterprise human resources management’s branch but it is also a complicated engineering system.The enterprise want to successful in campus recruitment,not only must have the strategic and innovative planning,but also the system planning and careful arrangements.In the paper,based on related theoretical study,focuses on how evaluation technology can be used in campus recuitment effectively.This article is divided into six parts,the first part of this paper introduced the research background, significance, content and frameworks.The second part discussed about campus recruitment and personnel evaluation related theories.The third part is mainly analyzing the enterprises’campus recruitment status and existing problems,and the fourth part is the focus of this article,concluded the campus recruitment each link in details,including the design,the talent evaluation implementation process and the evaluation tool for the specific operation and so on,to comb how evaluation technology can be used in campus recuitment and let people,on the whole,see evaluation technology’s overall use in campus recuitment.In the end,take X company sale personnel’s recruitment activities as a case study,aiming to summarize the successful experence,to provide lessons for similar to X’s company on campus recuitment.The last part summarized the achievements of this paper. |
