The 21 st century is a time of fierce competition for talents,the development of the enterprise eventually evolved into competition for talent,talent competition is of great strategic significance to the long-term development of enterprises.This article uses the literature method,feedback analysis,interview method,based on the theory of man and post matching,scientific theories and methods,such as the theory of achievement motivation and the method of talent evaluation,etc.,analyzes the current situation and problems of the campus recruitment in LD company.and analysis of the causes from the internal and external environment.According to the previous company recruitment experience and literature analysis,overall improvement design for LD campus recruitment plan,design a scientific and feasible set of campus recruitment program suitable for the company.Determining the general idea of campus recruitment as the premise of human resource department planning,recruitment of relevant personnel according to the needs of the post,selecting the truly needed talents by means of scientific selection.The design of the recruitment scheme adopts the principle of standardization,comprehensiveness,fairness and impartiality,flexible maneuver is made.Detailed description of the LD campus recruitment program,construction of the LD campus recruitment system,identifying job planning based on job demand analysis,and detailed introduction of the pre recruitment preparation,determines how to implement it,puts forward the implementation strategy and guarantee measures for the campus recruitment plan of LD company.From the enterprise level,the university level,the use of the human sector and other aspects of the formulation of safeguards,enterprise organization pre job training,the implementation of tutorial system measures to ensure the good results of the recruitment.This article passes through the proposal and practice of the campus recruitment program for LD dairy company,summing up the problems and rules in Campus recruitment,providing an improved reference for the enterprise's own recruitment,at the same time,it provides reference for other enterprises of the same kind.
