Study On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Patent Strategy For Chinese Enterprises

In the21st century, mankind has entered the new times of knowledge-based economy. The economical globalization will strengthen the mechanism of competition and cooperation. Competition among world economy and overall national power appears more like the keen contest of the level of science and technology. Intel lectual property as the core of the intangible assets as the core competitiveness of enterprises to enhance their critical factors has enhanced and protected the business of technology and economic development, inhibiting the development of weapon competitors. The era of knowledge-based economy, competitions among enterprises is no longer limited in hardware such as equipment, capital, and to a large extent for the personnel and technical performance of the competition. Enterprise patent strategy; as a corporate management style, has been focused for foreign companies in a long time. Their formulation and implementation of the strategy into a great deal of human and material resources, and have achieved good results. In contrast, Chinese-enterprises, as a result of long-term awareness of deviations in. the enterprise patent strategy formulation and implementation of a wide gap with foreign countries.This paper analyzed the status and the problems which were about the enterprises with implementing the patent in China, learned from the successful experience of the developed countries, and combined with the actual situation of enterprises in China to propose the policy of patent strategy with the enterprises which was from the levels of the nation and enterprises. Specifically include: the patent strategy of the enterprises about development wizard and legal check and balance from the state, internal patent strategic choice, and the formulation and implementation of patent strategy with the enterprises. The writer hopes that this paper could help on the implementation of patent strategy with enterprises in China. Analyze the patent strategy of the Apple Company. There is a guiding significance for the implementation of China’s local enterprises patent strategy.
