Developmental Strategy Of Rural Economy In Zhongmu County

With the opening and reform, rural economy had made a significant development. In many areas,rural economy stands important position in each region，become the part and parcel of gross economy, evenin gross economy development in China rural economy has become “half of the sky” of economy in China.For now, the development of rural economy has showed the primary impetus in growth of the wholesociety. The general designer of Chinese opening and reform---Deng Xiaoping had called the model ofdriving the hundreds of millions peasants developing economy,“a new force suddenly rises”, he gaveaffirmation and support for the develop model. Rural economy was the basement and supporting powerof county economy,and was an important link of the construction of socialist new countryside. As the coreof " township increases financial, farmer increases income, agriculture to increases performance”,developing rural economy is the fundamental way to solve the problem of “three rural---Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer".Although the rural economy developed rapidly, however it did not always have smoothsledding, the process was tortuous and filled of problems. As China entered WTO, the rural economy hadto face the highly opening global economy, so it had to facing strictly development and competitionsituation. This thesis was established in how to make the rural economy further development with theChinese characteristics. This thesis presented an empirical of management and economy to analysis thedevelopment present situation of rural economy, dissected the rural economy of Zhongmu countythoroughly and deeply, and put forward a development strategy.Firstly, this thesis expounded the concept and connotation of the rural economy and thesignificance of developing rural economy, then reviewed the development history about rural economy inZhongmu county, and expounded the four stages of the development history, aslo introduce the developingstatus on rural economy in Zhongmu county, moreover giving a high appraisal to the rural economy for thecontribution to the regional economic. Analysis the strength, weakness, opportunity, threat for thedevelopment of rural economy in Zhongmu based on SWOT, found the reason of the problems andperformed strategical analysis and planning, the thesis deemed that Zhongmu county should exploited interior the strength, exterior the opportunities, made up the weakness and mitigated the threats in theprocess of development rural economy. At last, to aim at the trouble of increases in grain production, theunreasonable economic structure, the backward development of urbanization, the poor public service, etc,went three coordinate road without sacrifice agriculture, grain, ecology and environment, and put forwardsspecific countermeasures for accelerating rural economy development in Zhongmu county.
