Rural Labor Economic Development Swot Analysis And Countermeasures Research

The core of "three agricultural problems" is rural demography, of which the essence is the income problem. So increasing the fanners' income is not only the important link to solve the "three agricultural problems" in rural area, but also the most importance to build a well-off society in an all-round way. In the long term, the resource in rural area is rare, the quality of farmers is low, the transport is inconvenient, the information is stopped up, and the farmers' income gap is wider. What' more, as to the low agricultural comparative benefit and the limits of employment capacity in the primary industry, the problem of increasing the farmers' income would naturally be changed into how to properly solve the employment problem of the surplus rural labor. Therefore, developing the labor-service economy in rural area is the actual need of increasing the farmers' income, according to the situation. As the realistic, effective way to shift rural surplus laborers and increase farmers' income, economy of rural labor-service has made great contribution to the urban-rural economic restructuring and the prosperity of urban areas.HeNan has the advantage to develop labor services economy because it is the biggest number of the rural labor. However, at present, the development of Henan's economy of rural labor-service is out of order due to some problems, such as lack of organization and institutional innovation. Therefore, in the new economic situation, facing many opportunities and threats, it is a very serious problem to how to develop labor services economy and country economy. To study the labor services economy of HeNan is very important for HeNan's leadership in the central section growing-up and the realization of whole well-to-do society.This paper analyzes the disadvantages and advantages of developing labor services economy at the present time. Then it gives out some suggests with the results. This paper has five parts:Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of the text and defines the connotation of economy of rural labor-service.Secondly, it divides the development of Henan's economy of rural labor-service into three stages and summarizes its main features and the current situation.Thirdly, it analyzes the external and internal aspects of HeNan's labor services economy using the method named SWOT.
