Mixed ownership enterprises are an important part of the market economy,and the cooperation between state-owned and private shareholders,the authorization of both parties to senior managers,and the management decisions of senior managers will form a large difference in the operation effect of mixed ownership enterprises.Compared with pure state-owned enterprises or pure private enterprises,hybrid enterprises have greater difficulties in business and team management.As a participant in hybrid enterprises,private shareholders are a key link in achieving flexibility and marketization of hybrid enterprises,How to ensure the operation and development of enterprises and the demands of shareholders,and how to maximize the efficiency output of appointed personnel,are issues that need to be studied in depth.If private shareholders can do a good job in assessing and motivating appointed senior executives,and design mechanisms and systems,they can maximize the multiple advantages of mixed ownership enterprises,bring more powerful impetus,make enterprise management to a higher level,and promote the sustainable development of the company.The text of the case,in the way of story telling,starts from the preparation of N Group for the establishment of Z Company,and goes through the company’s initial stage,development stage,maturity stage and other stages.It tells the story of the relationship between the part-time chairman appointed by N Group and the appointed general manager,and the process of cooperation and contradiction,which ultimately promoted N Group to start in-depth thinking on the assessment management of the appointed senior executives of the joint stock companies.In the case analysis part,the definition,characteristics and needs of senior managers are analyzed first to provide sample information for subsequent research.Secondly,it classifies the situation of different shareholding companies and puts forward management requirements.Then it analyzes the current management problems of N Group for senior executives assigned to Z Company and the needs of senior executives at various stages,and finally puts forward suggestions and opinions on the future management of N Group.
